My payment was deducted but the plan was not activated.
Plan activation is processed manually by our team after payment verification. Please allow up to 24 hours. If not activated after 24 hours, submit a query with your transaction ID and payment screenshot.
How long does a withdrawal take to process?
Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–5 working days. The amount is credited to your registered bank account after verification. If it has been more than 5 working days, please raise a support query.
My referral income is not credited. What should I do?
Referral income is credited once your referred member's plan is activated. If the plan has been activated and you still haven't received the income, please contact support with the referred member's user ID.
