Payout and Refund Policy

• Payouts: Members may withdraw their earnings when the balance exceeds the minimum threshold of ₹500. Payouts will be processed within 24 hours of the request.
• Refunds: Refunds are available only under specific conditions. If a member's ID is deactivated due to inactivity, any remaining balance will be calculated and refunded if it does not exceed the plan amount. No refunds will be provided for IDs deactivated due to non-compliance with these terms.

Member Obligations

• Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using PS Market services.
• Accurate Information: Members are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and while participating in the referral system.
• Fair Use: Any form of manipulation, fraudulent activities, or unethical behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Limitation of Liability

• PS Market shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
